I purchased a pair of jeans from the Jack & Jones showroom at CP67 Mall, and although the initial alteration wasn’t done up to the mark, Mr. Vikram handled the situation exceptionally well. Even after I returned home, the team stayed in touch and took full responsibility. They asked me to courier the jeans back at their cost, fixed the alteration perfectly, and delivered it back to my home. This was truly going the extra mile. Tremendous job and highly appreciable customer service.
